Health Integration Clinic
To blog or not to blog? Yep, I guess this gives everyone a personal outlet for their thoughts and feelings. I guess that most of these are never read by any more than a few people. Of course, some of the more talented writers really have found a wonderful nitch. The therapeutic aspect of pouring out your feelings and to 'strangers' around the world is great. My ramblings will be related to my daily observations and emotions related to being a small-town doctor. I not only practice conventional family practice, but also deal with alternative medicine needs in this small southern town. As the only doc in the area to do 'voodo medicine' (chelation therapy, accupuncture, herbal and nutritional medicine), I have the opportunity to see a lot of problems that people have to try to deal with on a daily basis. I also have to deal with goverment red tape. I also see people do a lot of stupid things to damage their bodies (both the beginnings and end of various disease processes). At home, I have two beautiful children,Michael-6 and Kelly-4. Tey teach me things as well. My wife, Michele, is a massage therapist and yoga instructor at the clinic. She has some issues and opinions to deal with, things like 'patience' and 'tolerence', but she is a good woman with a world view, sometimes only through a keyhole. In my blog I will share some of my thoughts and observations as well as occasional rants on various topics. See ya.
